Ramadan Charity Question

If you had the chance to give, would you donate to a 'care package for Dubai's Labourers' or to a 'care package to families in Gaza'?

with all respect and appreciation to labourers but at the end of the day they have jobs. Gazans deserve our help more.

What's in the care package?

It's important to help one's community as well as help others. The important thing here is to provide constant support rather than one-time giveaways, which we all (including myself) tend to forget/overlook.

If we could do both - I would. But can never be sure who and when it reaches them. At least, with local charities, you can see the people it helps.

While we have always shown lot of solidarity with Gaza, my personal opinion is that help out the needy in the country itself is more important. We cannot overlook the miseries locally.

I'd do both of course. but if there was only one choice it would be Gaza.

Labourers generally choose to come here while Gazans have very little choice.

Plus dubai police is better than the IDF!
