  • Professore. A question for you.
Once a person has completed their own UMRAh they can then do another one in the name of a deceased person.
Can a widow perform in the name of her departed husband?

  • Thankyou for the information. The website is in toto in Arabic whic I can read but not understand. However I did call up the Sharjah number and a very nice gentleman picked up but again, only spoke arabic. My attempts to explain my query in arabic will probably give him a topic at iftaar! Needless to say I left him in the house of mirth.
I have a book on Umrah and the procedures to follow, but not this kind of information.
But I will wait for your response once you have spoken to the Sheikh today.Thankyou again.
