Last night at McDonald's drive thru
McDonald's: Good evening. Can i take your oder?
Me: 1 McRoyal combo please, but can you please double check my order is complete?
McDonald's: sorry sir?
Me: last time i was here, my order was missing a 9 piece McNuggets
McDonald's: You come back and we give you
Me: I was already at home and its really a pain to comeback all the way
McDonald's: OK
awkward moment of silence
Me: errm.. in case this happens again, who can i talk to or call?
McDonald's: When you come next time for order, you mention and we give you missing order from last time
Me: Oh okay .. then can i have it now? It was a 9 piece McNuggets - sweet n' sour dip please
starts screaming something to the people inside
McDonald's: sure thing sir, they will include it in your orderMe: Thank you.. you are very kind
I got to the other window
McDonald's: Here is your order sir - come again
reached home,
opened bag
no McNuggets inside

There's a saying that most people have to have something happen to them 3 times before they remember to double-check!
I hope that you remember your clothes in the morning before you step out the door!

Tell me - do the UAE McD staff here ask you for the second sale like they do in the rest of the world? Would you like fries/shake/pie with that? I've never been to a McDs here!

Oh thank god it is not only me. Since my last post about McD's they have f'ed up again. I didnt bother to post, it just was not worth it. you have renewed my interest.

i've mentioned this on CG's blog before
stop eating KFC , HARDEES, MC etc.. it's all tasteless rubbish, insipid pieces of flesh with lots of mayonaisee and a few lettuce leaves to give the impression of a healthy meal/snack.
even the french fries taste more like something thrown out of a spaceship then any real fries..
make your own burgers, your own fries..
oh wait.. we're dubaians..we're too busy to do such mundane stuff..

I have to say it has been AGES since i've ordered a meal and ordered the incorrect item, this coming from someone who used to order KFC anywhere from 1-4 times a week, because their chicken was so damn tasty (no i'm not fat, 70 kg's muahahahaha, though i'm probably due for a heart attack in the next 10 minutes)
If you disagree with KFC/McDonalds/etcetcetc, why not order food from places like antar cafeteria (shawarma restaurant), their food is just as damn tasty.

OK I give up. ive been wanting to ask and at the risk of sounding dumb (like whats new) Please tell me when you write Roman arabic (ie arabic in english) whats with the number 7 and 3 inserted into words at times?
