Savages, you are all savages
I tend to stay away from politics/current events related issues in this blog, and i do plan to keep it this way. This post will be an exception.
No normal human being can do this, this, this or this.. and those took place these last couple of days in Iraq. And PLEASE do NOT insult my intelligence and label it as resistance; This is 100% pure brutality against your own flesh and blood. Years and years of repressed hate, anger, frustration and racial & religious intolerance -unleashed in the most vicious forms against your own people.
And not only that, you also export your hate to nearby nations that have extended nothing but a helping hand for your people.
I am sure I will be receiving a lot of hate comments/mail for this, but I feel that the last 4 or 5 generations of Iraqis can not be ruled by someone other than the likes of Saddam, if not a 21st century version of Al Hajjaj bin Yusuf Al Thaqafi...
I am enraged!

i totally agree with you moryarti.. i just posted about this...
really really shameful act. and cowardly.
allah yir7am el 3iraq and my thoughts go out for the children of iraq whose future just looked a lot blacker...
may this be the worst of the violence and may peace and prosperity cover all of iraq.

Shameful, coardly, low - all of the above. Sorryful acts. I grieve for the victims and pity the perpetrators. Such such stupidity. I agree with Buj - may it be onward and upward from here. Let there not be another low point.

I thoroughly whole heartedly agree with you Moryarti.
But the person who is responsible for this why is he sitting pretty slicing thru a big fat medium rare steak?
He has acheived his goal, another Afghanistan, another Vietnam. too bad the Human Rights don't let then use NAPALM anymore, that must have severely reduced the thrill of the kill.

OMG! i felt so devastated when i saw the picture of that mosque b4 it was bombed! how can u cause so much destruction and for what!?! ppl had their beliefs there.. went to beautiful place that lasted for more than 100 years.. a place that gave them peace..took them away from what was going around! what would they achieve.. ?? and yes when i read those articles, i too created a picture in my head of some guy from a 'first world' nation sitting there and laughing cruelly as he watches these ppl's outrage.. LEAVE THEM ALONE! GIVE THEM A CHANCE!
its sick.. sick.. sick..

Sometimes i loose all hope for humanity and cannot even begin to comprehend how any man can have a total disregard for the sanctity of human life (whether they call themselves resistance fighters or hold office in the most powerful nation on the planet).

I don't plan to kill anybody, but if I lose my head and do it, I'm sure I can blame somebody slicing through his steak!
Mind-numbing analyses!

I am an Indian, India has a history of bringing about the birth of Pakistan - which was due to the conflicts between Hindu and Muslims in India, I have learnt about the riots caused 50 something years ago and know of the destruction because of those conflicts, so i at some level relate to what can happen now (conflicts caused between the Shia and Sunni) - if at that time , so much could be lost, in this world of advanced ammunition, what all could take place?

Slight historical ammendment there little one.
India did not "bring" about the birth of Pakistan.
They themselves sought a seperate nation, and a seperate identity.
By *, at February 26, 2006 at 5:16 PM
i meant, was one, and all that caused them to seek seperate identities.
