Jetlag drag

Its 3:40 am .. but to me, its still 2:40 noon time ... you can figure out the rest.

  • Someone once told me it take as many days as the number of hours in the time difference to recover from jetlag...so if it's 8 hours, it'll take you 8 days...Dunno how true this is but a week sounds about right...It's always harder when you're coming back here than when you're going there.

  • Moryarti I went to Doha for two days and came back and i was jet lagged from that.

    I wasn't able to sleep at all.

    Could be the stress.

    Knock yourself out with some Nytol.

    That's what I did when I got back from Canada the last time.
