IT company scams consumers
Kinda same thing that happened to me with Emitac. Only difference is that in the US, these people get caught and (hopfully) will scam people no more. Whereas here, they win awards.

What i don't like is exactly what was shown in the movie. the use of over-technical language and the assumption that the customer doesn't know much.

in this part of the world IT shops are just like car garages rip us off while we know it and happily pay them :p
