Back to Abnormal

With about a couple of days left for the holy month of Ramadan to end, we will all resuming a 'normal' life style - and to many, that includes getting back on the junk-food cycle.

Before you go back to ordering the good old ‘triple supersized McWhopper’ with extra cheese, take a look at this report by the Consumerist.

Salad anyone?

  • Who said the more calories the better? BK tastes like crap.

At least Subway is the fresh one amongst the bunch, and it's a DIY calorie builder.

  • 'to many, that includes getting BACK on the junk-food cycle'

Don't know who you're fooling there.

Junk food doesn't only come in the form of fast food from popular outlets - it's any form of fatty, unhealthy food with toxic/unhealthy ingredients...white rice/oily curries/sugar-laden desserts...so for many, it won't be a 'return' to a 'normal' lifestyle...

  • I eat junk food and sweets anytime and all the time.. but I run on the beach 3-4 times a week.

rule of thumb: exercise regularly and eat all you wish :D
